Web forming
Feltech pneumatic Airlay designed especially for producing webs formed of textile fibres, whether recycled or new, with densities ranging from 350 g/m2 to 3,500 g/m2.
Adapted for the use of resins.
The web can be consolidated later by means of a physical process (needling) or a chemical one (thermobonding), which will result in a wide range of products such as insulating felt, mattress covers, filters, Geotextiles, carpet underlay, etc.
Production: up to over 3,000 kg/h depending on the type of fibre and density of the web. Width up to 3,000 mm.
