Machine Description
The BL-2500 Beater Cleaner is a pre-cleaning machine equipped with a drum and large beating arms. It uses centrifugal force to separate foreign parts based on density, effectively extracting contaminants such as metal, plastic, stones, and seeds from heavily polluted textile waste. The non-textile material is expelled through a lateral discharge system, allowing the remaining fiber to continue clean and unobstructed to the next processing stage, such as fine opening or tearing. Ideal for post-consumer or highly contaminated inputs, the BL-2500 enhances downstream machinery efficiency and protects delicate components from wear or damage.
