Machine Description
The MASTER 1500/2000 is a high-capacity rag tearing system with a modular design allowing 1 to 6 drums in series for customizable fiber opening intensity. Each drum features a feeding cylinder (first drum striated steel, others rubber-coated) working with adjustable pressure on a half-moon blade. A control unit continuously monitors fiber opening quality, enabling reprocessing if necessary. The machine module includes a condenser system for fiber delivery and easy-to-maintain components such as extraction wheels for the condenser. A fan provides dust suction, while a motor-gearbox drives the feeding group with torque control. Drums are equipped with aluminum lags and pins suitable for opening any kind of textile waste. The system also includes an automatic fire detection and extinguishing system.
